A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery once production is completed.

The signed quotation shall serve as an official purchase order (contract). Due to raw material price fluctuations, the quotation is valid for 15 days.

Standard production lead time is approximately 25–30 working days after artwork approval (rush orders excluded).

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Full charges will apply due to committed production resources and expenses.

Delivery schedules may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspection, logistics delays or natural disasters.

Freight includes delivery to one designated location only. Additional charges apply for multiple delivery points or remote areas.

Minor surface scratches or marks under 1cm caused by manufacturing processes are considered acceptable and not treated as product defects.

Small print elements under 5mm may cause printing variance. Print-ready artwork required. Variance is not eligible for refund or return.

Only defects affecting product function qualify. Size, color, texture and visual variations are not considered defects.

Defect exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of goods receipt. Claims beyond this period will not be processed.

Exchanged items must be completely unused, in perfect condition, and remain fully resaleable, with no signs of wear, damage, or altered packaging.

Original packaging must be intact, with no labels attached directly. Include all accessories and add protective packaging for returns.
